  Carefully repackage your ceramics or art in the original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send your package back to our gallery warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
